Will it fit my van?
It's designed to suit a wide range of work vans — Transit, Vivaro, Sprinter and the rest. Your approved installer confirms compatibility with your exact make, model and year before anything is booked, so there's no guesswork.
Does it protect the tools or just the van?
It stops the van — and the tools inside it — being driven off, because the van won't move without your tag. Being straight with you: it's an immobiliser, not an alarm. It doesn't detect or alert a break-in, and it can't stop someone smashing a window to grab a single tool. What it does is make sure they can't drive away with the van and the loadout in it.
Can I cover more than one van?
Yes. Each van gets its own Microbot and its own tag, whether that's a second van or a full fleet — and there's no per-van subscription, so the cost doesn't keep climbing as you grow.
What happens if it's stolen — can you recover it?
The Microbot is built to stop your van being driven away in the first place — it's an immobiliser, not a tracker, so it doesn't locate or recover a vehicle. If you also want to be able to locate a van after a theft, a tracker can be fitted alongside it.
