• Campaign information — where you arrived from a link with tracking parameters (such as utm_source), we record those parameters with your enquiry so we know which of our pages and campaigns work.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, confirm compatibility and arrange installation
• To process installer applications and set up trade accounts
• To route confirmed bookings to an approved installer near you
• To keep records of our work for warranty and support purposes

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing unless you have asked us to contact you.

Who we share it with

Where you book an installation, we share the details needed to carry out the work with the approved installer fulfilling your booking. We use trusted service providers to host this website and our customer records; they process data on our instructions only.

Enquiry and booking records are retained for as long as needed to provide our services and meet warranty and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
